blog-detail-img

You’ve probably dreamed at least once about creating animations and bringing graphics to life. The good news in this regard is that according to dribbble’s international design survey, motion design has emerged as one of the most in-demand design directions! Motion design is becoming an increasingly growing and in-demand profession, and Commschool is not delaying in giving you the opportunity to learn motion design. Motion graphics involves moving, digital animation, so motion design implies the use of graphic design principles, animation and effects in video production.

Works by Beka Ichkiti, Motion Design Lecturer

A motion designer creates designs for internet, television, and film spaces: commercials, music videos, TV shows or promo videos, feature films or documentaries, digital banners on social networks, posts, etc. – the motion designer’s work area covers this entire field. Therefore, it’s not surprising that with the development of technologies and digital products, there is a high demand for motion designers today. Moreover, the remuneration is quite high: In Georgia, it averages 2000 GEL, while in the foreign market – even higher.

The good news is that you can already learn motion design at Commschool. The course is for anyone interested: from people specialized in creative fields and/or other design directions, to anyone who has an interest in the field and has tried, even on a phone, to process material in this regard at least once.

During the course, students will learn not only the technical knowledge of Adobe After Effects but also the methods and tools needed to create projects of various difficulties. It’s important that the course is based entirely on practical work: students will work on creating different types of animations based on real projects and briefs.

After completing the course, you’ll gain many new skills: bringing any visual material to life, creating commercials, Explainer videos, diagrams, mobile application UI animations or HUD element animations. You’ll be able to use them to create program headers and graphic packaging, film credits or animations. Additionally, during the course, you’ll develop skills in properly understanding briefs received from clients and determining project complexity/budget.

A digital product that doesn't consider user needs and behaviors quickly loses competitiveness in the market. The more design-oriented a company is, the more loyal its customers are - because good design means putting the user first. Today, as we spend much of our time in digital environments, the demand for products and services that simplify our interactions with various devices is growing. During the program, we will learn the full cycle of creating a digital product, from user research and problem identification to testing and prototyping. The course focuses on Design Thinking, covering user-centered design, UX strategy, modern UI systems, and the use of artificial intelligence tools, which are already an integral part of the design industry.
